The Network Operations Center (NOC) serves as the central command and control hub for Transportation Execution across Amazon's Supply Chain network, spanning multiple geographies including North America, India, and the EU.

NOC is responsible for ensuring the seamless, on-time movement of freight — from vendor pick-ups to Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FCs), and from FCs to carrier hubs. When exceptions arise, NOC takes swift ownership of resolution while keeping all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Beyond tactical problem-solving, NOC is also entrusted with a strategic mandate: identifying trends in network exceptions, driving process automation, and recommending operational improvements to streamline transportation workflows.
