Job Description: Transportation Manager
Summary:
In the Transportation Manager position, you will be responsible for superior service to customers, as well as identifying and implementing effective and timely solutions to transportation and delivery opportunities. Develop and promote safety, customer service, and operational excellence. You will work closely with the Transportation Department and the Vice President of Operations based out our Louisa, Kentucky location. You will be an essential part of our team that has been servicing customers and delivering fine foods since 1942.
Responsibilities:

+ Provide daily work direction to delivery drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations and to meet customer requirements; maintain daily activity assignments of tractors, trailers, trucks, and drivers.
