Transport Manager – Maternity Cover

PRM is looking for an experienced, driven Transport Manager to join us on a maternity cover basis. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark. We’re not just looking for someone to hold the fort, we want a leader who’ll bring fresh thinking, drive continuous improvement, and really take ownership of the operation.

About the role:

You’ll take full ownership of our transport operations, leading a team of 15 and overseeing our HGV and grey fleet from top to bottom. Compliance is at the core of the role; driver hours, vehicle maintenance, tachographs, FORS, Operator’s Licence, RAMS, but this is much more than a compliance position.
