Position Overview
Responsibilities - Plan and execute heavy lift and out-of-gauge (OOG) transportation for onshore and offshore operations
- Conduct professional route, port, and site surveys
- Perform feasibility studies for various transport modes, including barge and HLV shipments
- Develop stowage and lashing plans, installation drawings, and lifting/rigging plans using AutoCAD
- Produce technical proposals, method statements, and lashing calculations
- Provide subject matter expertise for transport engineering tasks and review calculations from others
- Support RFQs by providing technical solutions that consider commercial aspects
- Supervise cargo handling and transport activities within the ME region
- Maintain project documentation and databases
