The Department of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Sciences at the University of Virginia (UVA) School of Medicine seeks an outstanding psychiatrist to join our Transplant Psychiatry Service. Rank (Assistant/Associate/Professor) and tenure status are commensurate with qualifications.

The selected candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for solid organ transplant patients across the continuum of care, including both **inpatient evaluation and management** as well as **outpatient assessment and longitudinal follow-up** of pre- and post-transplant patients. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary transplant teams to support optimal psychosocial readiness, adherence, and post-transplant adjustment.
