Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Transmission Training nstructor to train and development skills to ensure our transmission crews work safely.

This role is perfect for an experienced field professional who enjoys mentoring others, improving performance, and driving a strong safety culture. You'll split your time between structured training at our Monroe, GA facility (75%) and hands-on coaching in the field (25%). You will report to the Transmission Training Manager within the Safety Department.

Essential Functions:
+ Deliver hands-on training focused on safe work practices, quality standards, and efficient work methods
+ Work directly with crews to coach, mentor, and develop skills in real time
