Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Overhead Transmission Team Lead to guide a growing group of engineers and designers supporting transmission line projects from 12 kV to 500 kV. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical leadership and hands on engineering, with opportunities to influence project strategy, mentor staff, and drive high quality design execution. As the Transmission Team Lead, you will oversee the full lifecycle of overhead transmission projects—ranging from early conceptual development through detailed design and construction support. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, ensure technical accuracy, and help deliver safe, reliable, and constructible solutions for utility and EPC clients across the country.
