The position falls within the transmission department of the organization. The designer will perform drafting to construction drawings for transmission line projects with the guidance and assistance of higher-level designers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

+ Update plan and profile sheets and TGIS when transmission lines have been updated in the field

+ Use Microstation and ArcGIS daily to achieve the best work product

+ Help Transmission Line Engineers prepare sheet sets for new lines
