**Job Summary:**

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking a Program Director to lead their new Transitional Year GME Residency Program in Augusta, GA. The Transitional Year Program Director is responsible for the leadership, organization, operation, and general administration of the Transitional Year Residency Program. This role ensures compliance with ACGME requirements while fostering a high-quality educational environment that supports residents pursuing diverse specialty pathways.

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ MD/DO
+ Must be board certified or board eligible in an applicable ABMS member board such as Internal Medicine
+ 3 plus years of educational / administrative experience
+ Prior experience as a Program Director or Associate Program Director required
