Responsibilities
Works with Transformation Managing Principals, Principals and Lead Consultants on one or more strategic initiatives within a CxO Function (or enterprise wide as needed) as part of the initiative team.
Could lead small workstreams of strategic initiatives depending on experience, manage all resources involved (people and non-payroll budget)
Supports in the identification and building of coalition of key stakeholders and sponsors to help deliver such strategic initiatives.
Supports in the coordination with other transformation initiatives to ensure alignment and in the delivery to initiatives targets, flagging deviations prior to them occurring where needed.
Supports the Transformation Office leadership team in the development and building of one or more transformation capabilities.
Supports the Transformation Office leadership team in the execution of the Transformation Office strategy.
