The **Transformation and Lessons Learned Integrator** for the I-TLLM Division will assist units to accomplish their training, experimentation and real-world operations objectives associated with all matters concerning DOTMLPF-P analysis and assessments.

The Contractor shall work with units and organizations to enhance warfighting readiness and lethality by ensuring that all new capabilities fielded to the operational force are seamlessly integrated and fully optimized to meet their needs. This will be achieved by acting as the advocate for the warfighter, guaranteeing that their requirements are embedded throughout the entire modernization lifecycle.
