Role Overview:  

The Transformation lead acts as the central point of contact for PCM efforts. He / She works across Business/Regions/Functions to ensure alignment, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered successfully and sustainably. 

Here are some of the key responsibilities: 

Strategy & Planning  

Align transformation goals with PCM’s strategic priorities

Define the catalog transformation roadmap. 

Assess current state and identify improvement opportunities 

Develop business case, benefits and secure Finance and other required approvals thereby taking ownership of the project charter
