In the framework of Operations department, we are looking for a Transformation & Business Process Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for projects and change management, support process mapping, gap analysis and action planning to improve quality, efficiency and customer/partner satisfaction. You will coordinate with Business all functions, IT, Marketing, control functions and participate in international working groups and steering committees. This position will be based in Dubai and will report directly to the local Country Manager and functionally to the MAR Chief Operations Officer.
