Position Overview
Responsibilities:
Manage transfer pricing matters across the full lifecycle, including planning, policy implementation, monitoring, documentation, controversy, and operational execution.Manage local file and master file documentation, and lead functional analyses interviews to identify and assess cross-border intercompany transactions.Analyze new and existing intercompany transactions to determine appropriate transfer pricing treatment, tested party selection, and economic support under OECD and transfer pricing principles.Actively partner with cross-functional groups to understand the tax impact of business operations and support the implementation of strategic transfer pricing opportunities.Support transfer pricing audit efforts, manage audit requests from external auditors and taxing authorities, and assist with tax planning and special projects.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
