Key Responsibilities - Managing the full transfer process from instruction to registration
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and the Deeds Office
- Drafting and processing transfer documents and correspondence
- Following up on outstanding requirements and ensuring timely registration
- Maintaining accurate file management and FICA compliance
- Providing professional client communication throughout the transfer process
Requirements - Minimum 3 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary specialising in transfers (non-negotiable)
- Proficiency in conveyancing software (Ghost Practice, Lexis Convey, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of the transfer process and Deeds Office procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a busy portfolio
