Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibility for managing credit risk and advising on structuring matters in relation to RF transactions within Country, covering the full Commercial Banking and Global Banking franchise for both extant book & new business, including cross-border transactions, syndicated loans, sell downs and exit planning

Required to work across legal entities, departments and multiple stakeholders to deliver effective risk mitigation and maximise portfolio returns across the RF and Trade product suites

Play a full part in the overall performance and direction of the business units including contribution to formation of the overall business direction, consistent with strategic and operating plan goals.
