Our client is a franchised dealership, who are seeking to recruit an experienced Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.

Role – Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager

Location – near Guildford in Surrey

Salary – 30k basic / OTE 50k plus

Transaction Manager Role

To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be co-ordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives

To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s

To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability

To oversee the enquiry management process

To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standard...
