What You’ll Do

• Manage buyer and seller transactions from executed contract to closing

• Coordinate with title/escrow, lenders, and appraisers

• Schedule and manage inspections, timelines, and key milestones

• Maintain clear communication with clients, agents, and all parties involved

• Ensure all documents are complete and compliant

• Track and update client data in the CRM

• Assist in scheduling closing, moving, and possession timelines
