This National Guard position is for a TRAINING TECHNICIAN, Position Description Number NGT5801200 and is part of the TN 118th WING Air National Guard. Responsibilities As a TRAINING TECHNICIAN, GS-1702-11 (TITLE 5) you will, plan, direct, control, and oversee all elements of the Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs. Provide Education and Training advisory services to commanders and staff on all education and training programs. Confer with management and other key operating personnel to discuss training needs, problems and goals. Manage data in computer-based systems. Ensure accuracy of MILPDS data and performs functional review of data reliability. Serve as Test Control Officer (TCO) for CDC testing. Safeguards AFIADUCDC test material.
