We are looking for an honest, dedicated, hardworking, enthusiastic, results-driven Training Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and implement training and development programs within the chrome mining and processing plant. The role ensures employees are adequately trained to perform their duties safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all mining legislation, safety standards, and company policies. The Training Superintendent also supports skills development initiatives to improve workforce competency and operational performance.
