<h3>Job Description</h3><br /><p></p><p>Drafting, presenting, and updating training materials, records, and guidance to ensure personnel meet standards and maintain qualifications. Additional resources may be required as the training system evolves. </p><p>Developing and maintaining training databases and records for all ALC employees (military, civil service, and contractors as required), providing updated training records to the Workforce Management Staff (WMS). </p><p>Reviewing training records systematically to determine personnel qualifications and currency IAW ALCINST 5224.4 for both military and civil service employees. </p><p>Assisting WMS with onboarding new (military, civil services, and contractors as required) employees by coordinating training data and necessary qualification courses. </p><p>Monitoring training requirements and notify personnel sixty (60) days before ...
