Position Overview
(Training Provided) 6 Months Temp to Perm Basic Care / Healthcare Assistant Assistant (HMI Cert OK!) #13/hr @ Jurong #HJCT - Salary: $13/hr during temp; upon conversion to perm, 1 month AWS and VB.
- Working hours: any 5 days per week, AM and PM shifts (42 h/week) per roster.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to hygiene needs of patients who require assistance or are bedbound.
- Assist oral feeding for patients who need support.
- Help lift, move and transport patients.
- Ensure patient safety and provide social-emotional support through suitable activities.
- Comply with infection control practices when attending to patients.
- Perform other duties assigned by nurse manager.
Job Requirements - No prior patient care experience is required.
- Good to have HMI certification or prior healthcare assistant experience.
- Minimum qualifications: PSLE or WPLN.
