Job Description
- Develop the strategic and operational plans for training programs in alignment with the strategy of Dubai Women Establishment.
- Identify training needs for target groups in coordination with relevant departments and partners.
- Design and develop high-quality training and leadership programs in line with local and international best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring quality, efficiency, and achievement of defined objectives.
- Manage the approved training budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Contract and coordinate with consultancy firms, trainers, and training institutions locally and internationally.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs, measure return on training investment (ROI), and submit reports to senior management.
- Develop and update training content to reflect emerging trends and the evolving needs of women leaders.
