Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field (other degrees may be considered)
- Preferably with relevant experience in training and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, coordination, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse age groups and backgrounds
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Canva, MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other related tools
Duties
- Facilitate sales and corporate training programs, including new hire orientations, project briefings, and skills training
- Assist in the logistical preparation of training programs
