The role will be responsible to assist in conducting training needs analysis and identifying employees training needs Develop new and update existing training materials to reflect changes in on-going operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

•Grade 12

•ODETDP Diploma (NQF Level 5 – 240 credits)

•ETDP Assessor Certificate in Training

•Engineering N4 Certificate in Mechanical / Metallurgy

•Registered MQA Assessor

•Registered MQA Train-the-trainer
