This is an exciting opportunity to join one the countrys leading financial services firms in a Training, Development and Competency Management Role. This is a key Financial Services Management role adding value to the Financial Advisors and the clients, putting the clients at the heart of the business and maintaining their expert reputation. As Training, Development and Competence Manager youll have full responsibility for ongoing development of high performing teams of Financial Advisors.
This role will suit a leader who enjoys observation, training, coaching and the competence within a regulated financial services environment. The Training, Development and Competence Manager will ensure the initial and ongoing competencies of the Financial Advisors alongside completing all the T & C activities under the SMRC. As an integral part of the National Competency and Development team it is essential that you hold at a minimum an Diploma in Financial Planning.
