SUMMARY

The DSV Solutions Training Manager, Implementations is responsible for ensuring that the training plan and supporting documentation are created in pursuit of highly successful delivery of each new business implementation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Serve as the Training Functional Area owner for the new business implementation projects as assigned, provide weekly status report updates to the project manager, and present status updates to the internal project team and the client.

Participate in Advance Quality Planning, gaining a full understanding of the business scope as it applies to the training approach to be developed. Using the Engineering design, develop a master Standard Operating Procedure for the full scope of the business and a full set of work instructions as they apply to all processes to be executed within the operation.
