Position Overview
**Summary**
+ The Training Manager will support the Department of War in the National Capital Region Contract Security Officer (CSO) contract. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Contractors Training Management Program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supporting operational readiness and ensuring all CSOs are trained and proficient in accordance with the training standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Training Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for all training-related matters, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and maintaining the highest standards of training effectiveness.
