Job Summary
This role is expected to enable trainers, curriculum developers and employees to deliver and improve overall safety, quality, delivery, compliance needs and employee development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with engineers to create & develop training materials and ensure it is aligned with business need compliance, operational and industry standards.Develop JIBS (Job Instruction Breakdown sheet) and assessment tools such as theoretical test, with respect to individual skill sets involved.Conduct training and assessment in accordance to JIBS training materials.Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address skill gaps and improve employee performance.Facilitate training sessions using various methods such as classroom training and one-on-one coaching to support employee’s participation.Develop metrics to track and evalua...
