The training lead will work in a team responsible for overseeing several product groups within Handling Systems such as winches and other deck machinery equipment. It is an exciting organization that is constantly improving. You will establish contacts in the regions and help develop a strategy for training Handling Systems' Field Service Engineers.
**What you will be doing**
- oversee training activities for product areas within KM Handling Systems
- ensure global training plans are in place and progressing as scheduled
- help build a global team of trainers and assessors
- ensure that training and assessment plans are consistently updated
