Job purpose:
As a Training Lead you will be responsible for leading training and development. You'll also be involved in the project management of all aspects of our training, including design, development and delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITIL (IT Service Management) as well as an understanding of agile methodologies.
Requirements: Knowledge of training planning, design and delivery processes, tools, techniques and methodologies, attendance management (scheduling, advancement, etc.),rewards and recognition systems, wellness and retention strategies Experience with change management processes and the change management policies affecting your organization or project.
