The primary purpose of this position is: delivers tailored personnel recovery (PR) and SERE instruction to joint force personnel at high risk of capture and exploitation. Responsibilities DUTY 1: Delivers advanced specialized SERE training to students using a broad range of instructional methods, techniques, and tools drawn from approved lesson plans and guides. DUTY 2: Develops personal lesson plans from approved instructor guides to support effective delivery of advanced specialized SERE training, ensuring alignment with course training plans (CTPs), security requirements, and established instructional techniques.
