We're growing our client services team and looking for a specialist to lead training and implementation for a cutting-edge AI platform we deploy with our practice partners. This is a rare role — we need someone who genuinely understands how ophthalmology practices operate (refractive and cataract workflows specifically) and can translate that into exceptional onboarding, training, and ongoing support for busy clinical teams.
