Job Purpose
To identify and analyze training needs and provide training to agents and/or other business customers to ensure legal and licensing compliance.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the function that provides training to agents and/or other business customers. Identify and analyze training needs. Design, develop and deliver a wide spectrum of training solutions, including on-line training and webinars. Conduct analysis of the effectiveness of training interventions and prepare documentation/presentations on the outcomes of training. Work with Underwriting to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and audits. Work with customers when needed to follow proper licensing procedures.
