**Purpose** **:**

Designs, develops, and maintains engaging learning solutions that improve employee performance, capability, and business outcomes. Partners with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to create innovative instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, multimedia, and performance support resources using modern learning technologies and visual design principles.

**Major Job Responsibilities**

+ Designs and develops engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and performance-based learning strategies.
+ Creates interactive eLearning courses, simulations, microlearning, videos, and blended learning solutions using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, and other learning technologies.
