Lead end-to-end training development team in training development using the industry-recognised frameworks.Translate operational and customer requirements into effective, cost-efficient training solutions that support business growth and continuous improvement.Advise stakeholders on effective training strategies, including delivery methods, sequencing, and assessment approaches.Work closely with Business Development and Programme Management teams to support new business proposals, tenders, and capability presentations. Analyse customer operational requirements and convert them into structured, outcome-based training needs.Apply new and appropriate training technologies to enhance training effectiveness and learning outcomes.
