Position Summary

: The Operations Training Coordinator is responsible for the execution and delivery of all on-the-floor, skills-based training within the operations environment. This role ensures consistent, high-quality training for production employees, supports trainer development, and collaborates with Cell Leaders to reinforce standard work and improve workforce readiness. This position reports to the Operations Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Skills-Based Training:

Deliver and facilitate operational training programs, including PIT certification, equipment operation, and job-specific skills.

Ensure consistent and effective training coverage across all shifts and production cells.

Maintain updated training materials and ensure alignment with operational standards.
