Key Responsibilities

• Organize training activities and support team learning through proper scheduling and communication.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, maintain training records, assist with training materials, and help ensure learning activities run smoothly.
• Work with internal teams, support attendance and follow-up, track training progress where needed, and maintain a professional learning environment.
• Demonstrate strong organization, communication, and consistency in execution.
