The Training Centre Manager (TCM) proactively leads and manages the service delivery for their assigned platform(s) to meet the customer’s changing needs and ensuring adequate prioritisation, including leading the Integrated Platform Team (IPT) and working with the project execution team for integration and transition of acquisition projects and discrete projects.The TCM manages the relationship with the Logistics and Contracts Authority for the relevant platform, ensuring proactive identification and communication of issues and risks to customer and CAE to ensure contracted outcomes are delivered in an effective and safe manner.
