**Training Center Assistant, Technical Training**
**JOB SUMMARY**
The Training Center Assistant (TCA) position will provide administrative support to the Technical Training Organization’s Team. The group is composed of Technical Training Instructors, Leadership Team, and partners with groups in the training organization such as Training Support to ensure accurate communications for scheduling of testing, training, and support throughout Southern Company as applies to Technical Training.
This position will specifically provide day-to-day support to the projects and operations team(s) located in Georgia.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
+ High School diploma required.
+ Previous experience providing administrative support or relevant work experience in a customer service or support role, or in a role where experience and skills are clearly transferrable is required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, ...
