Position Overview

Role Overview

As the Training and Implementation Specialist, you will help lead the education and enablement of long-term care (LTC) partners—nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home health agencies—as they adopt and optimize our platform. You will deliver engaging in mostly virtual training, develop intuitive instructional content, and serve as a trusted resource for end-users and internal teams alike. This is a high-impact role that improves both client satisfaction and care delivery.

Location: Remote-first (Must reside within commuting distance of Tampa, FL)
Responsibilities:
Design & Deliver Training Programs
Lead interactive training sessions (mostly remote) on software features such as care planning, staffing, electronic charting, resident engagement, and reporting and compliance dashboards.

Tailor training curricula to facility type and size, clinical focus and tech environment
