JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training and Certification Advisor is responsible for tracking, managing, deploying and recording training programs and logistical requirements for the Training department.
TASKS AND DUTIES
Manage, update, deploy and record various internal and client-based training initiatives (RTW, PIP/PER, XRT, LRP, PIAP)
Forecast, plan and execute class forecasting and training
Manage, audit and maintain training files, GSked records, archives and class hour reviews
Report and address weekly CATSA reports, training requests, refresher training requirements
Enter all training forms from both CATSA and GardaWorld into the database
Maintain certification requirements for screening officers (16 hours, RAIC, medical)
Monitor and maintain communication devices
