Summary This position is located in the Education and Learning Resource Service, Salt Lake City Health Care System (VHASLCHCS). The incumbent is the system administrator for the Talent Management System (TMS) for VHASLCHCS and training specialist for multiple educational programs throughout VHASLCHCS. Responsibilities Some of the duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to the following: Identifies and modifies TMS training items or assignment profiles based on guidance provided by public law, national directives, local policies, or subject matter experts.
