Position Overview
We are looking for a Training Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will provide administrative support to the Training team within the Future Retail Programme, including scheduling, managing, and reporting on all aspects of deploying training, both digital and facilitator-led, and LMS management
This is a 6 month fixed term position.
About the Role
The Training Administrator will predominantly support the roll-out of high-volume systems and process training to support the launch of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within Harrods. The role will work closely with the wider Training Team and PMO to ensure consistency and best practice.
You will also;
· Ensure all learners are booked onto the correct courses
· Manage room bookings
· Upload eLearning courses, assessments and other materials to the LMS
