The Role
We are looking for an Administration Officer to work closely with our Administration and Corporate Services Team.
- Customer Service (Including all incoming and outgoing calls)
- Student Management and data entry
- Assisting learners through the enrolment process including collection of paperwork and evidence
- Support trainers with student enquiries
- Assistance with uploading content and resources to our Learning Management System
- Ordering of training resources for schools and trainers
- Provide overall administration support to training team
