Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrollment, attendance and assessment records via the system(s).
Process training administration from pre‑ to post‑programme activities, including coordination with internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
Attend to enquiries and appeals in a timely and accurate manner.
Adhere to existing SOPs, procedures and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and support external audit.
Undertake additional tasks as required.
Other ad‑hoc projects may be required.
Requirements
At least a Diploma holder.
One to two years of administrative working experience.
Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
Must uphold a strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information.
