Training Academy Manager (Admin & Planning) – About the job
Key purpose:
The purpose of the role is to assume full responsibility and accountability for all administrative and planning related matters relating to the Training Academy.
Responsibilities Planning of annual training needs in accordance with expiry dates of licences (e.g., dangerous goods, crane, and all types of lifting equipment) ABC Assessments All related training on offer within the scope Monitoring of all expiry dates of licences and planning training accordingly Ensure training is planned to optimise the utilization of Trainers and to limit Saturday training cost and time off in lieu of overtime for Trainers Schedule annual planning meetings and ensure training is agreed to and communicated Secure buy-in from management to make staff available for training Where staff are off sick or on leave, accommodate staff into other training dates in the planned schedule, especially where licences ...
