Training Academy Manager (Admin & Planning) – About the job
Key purpose:
The purpose of the role is to assume full responsibility and accountability for all administrative and planning related matters relating to the Training Academy.
Responsibilities
- Planning of annual training needs in accordance with expiry dates of licences (e.g., dangerous goods, crane, and all types of lifting equipment)
- ABC Assessments
- All related training on offer within the scope
- Monitoring of all expiry dates of licences and planning training accordingly
- Ensure training is planned to optimise the utilization of Trainers and to limit Saturday training cost and time off in lieu of overtime for Trainers
- Schedule annual planning meetings and ensure training is agreed to and communicated
- Secure buy-in from management to make staff available for training
