Position Overview
We are looking for Business Writers to create and maintain clear, accurate business documentation.
In this role, you will document system updates, process changes, and operational procedures to help customer service teams work efficiently and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain:
- Work instructions, job aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Process workflows for Customer Service Operations
- Client Procedure Documents (CPDs)
- Carrier, Account, and Group (CAG) alerts for clients
- Document system and capability changes affecting ORx systems
- Update documentation to reflect business process changes
- Develop written communications as needed for internal teams
- Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and easy to follow
