This will be a site based role whereby you will be responsible for creating plans and delivering site training objectives ensuring they are relevant and compliant to site and client requirements
Located in the Pilbara on an 8/6 FIFO roster, you will thrive on meeting all goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you do.
In this role, you will;
Ensuring that the assessment activity complies with the principles of assessment (validity, fairness, reliability, flexibility, authenticity, currency) Making determinations regarding the achievement of the assessment outcomes in accordance with the assessment package requirements Maintaining the integrity of assessments and results Developing retraining plans for those who do not achieve the required result during the assessment activity Have attention to detail when completing forms and documentation...
